Afternoon Keynote Speaker

Terrance "Miracle" Minnoy

Terrance “Miracle” Minnoy is a keynote speaker, coach, author and founder of Miracle Minnoy Motivation. He authored the book, INDIFFERENT STROKES, Embracing Life’s Adversities.  Terrance has the gift of storytelling and translating it into powerful application for the personal and professional life of his audience.  Helping others see that there is “value added” when we find a way to resiliently thrive through change, disruption, and adversity, is his specialty.  He has a systematic approach to resilience that has served him in his own personal life.

Terrance grew up on the tough eastside of Bakersfield, California in the mid-80s.  Drugs and gangs were prevalent in his impoverished neighborhood.  Terrance used athletics to escape it all.  This experience equipped him with the tactics to overcome various life challenges.  He took this skillset, used it in his corporate America career and in entrepreneurship.  He has 25 years of sales success with multiple billion-dollar companies including Pepsi-Cola and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals.

Terrance faced the challenge of his life in 2015. Seemingly in the best of health, experiencing the success of corporate America, he was debilitated and near death after suffering three strokes in 24 hours! He’s since made a full recovery, hence the moniker, “Miracle”. His showcasing of resilience, perseverance, and “setback mastery” has inspired many.

Terrance is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Les Brown Institute. He has been hired to speak to audiences in the pharmaceutical sales, project management, and healthcare industry, just to name a few.

Terrance has three children, Devin, Ryan, and Taylor. He resides in Stevenson Ranch, CA
