Our mission is to involve young professionals in Kern County in
philanthropic and professional development.
The Young Leaders Society is composed of young professionals, age 40 and
under, who provide financial support to United Way of Kern County at a
leadership level and are committed to making a positive impact in our
community.
Our focus areas include business and social networking, developing
leadership skills and volunteering to improve the quality of life for
Kern County Residents.
