Congratulations!
You have chosen to participate in
the
13th Annual Day of Caring. You are about to be part of a community
wide effort to improve Kern County. In order for this day to make
the greatest impact there are a few things that you need to do.
-
First... Download
Handbook, Tools, Posters and logo

information that will help make your Day of Caring planning and
recruiting easier.
-

Recruit
Start Recruiting Volunteers Now - Employees can
RSVP ONLINE at
www.uwkern.org.
As a coordinator you will have access to live results of your company
employee registrations and preferences. (Make use of the
recruitment flyers in the Tool Kit above) Preview the
Employee RSVP
page to see what is collected for you, this will simplify your
recruitment. You will be supplied a login & password by email
automatically after your employees start to RSVP online. Note: The employee RSVP page is
generic and ready for every company to start using immediately.
-
Third...
Submit
Submit company volunteer
tallies, details and authorizations by July 30, 2010.
In order to plan properly we will need to gather some details about your

simplify this).
