Congratulations!
You have chosen to participate in the 13th Annual Day of Caring. You are about to be part of a community wide effort to improve Kern County. In order for this day to make the greatest impact there are a few things that you need to do:

• First... Download
  Handbook, Tools, Posters and logo available for download. This is extremely vital information that will aid in your preparation of projects and accommodating and thanking your volunteers.
   
• Second... Submit
  Now that you have determined how many volunteers and projects that you can accommodate and afford, you’ll need to register all projects that you would like us to find volunteers for.
   
• Third... Provide
  Provide final agency details. In order to properly plan the day we will need information about, breakfast, insurance, supplies etc.  (Note: You may have done this step already at the end of your project registration above in step two, but if not, please complete this info once you have all details available.)
   
• Finally... Order T-Shirts
  Submit your t-shirt orders by phone or online.
   

Important Dates and Deadlines:

July 30th:  Online project registration closes.

August 9th:  Agency-company matches announced.

August 9th:  Last day to order United Way Day of Caring t-shirts.

August 16th:  Contact your company coordinator and send a welcome packet.

September 11th:  13th Annual Day of Caring.
